专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to an interior component of a vehicle, comprising a retractable shelf. [0002] Such a tablet is generally movable between a retracted position, in which its bulk is minimal, and a deployed position, in which the tablet is intended to be used by a passenger to place objects there. [0003] The invention aims in particular to provide a tablet with high perceived quality, while fully integrating into the interior organ, that is to say without impacting the usual architecture of this interior organ. [0004] To this end, the invention relates in particular to an interior member of a vehicle, comprising a retractable shelf, extending between a free end and an end of connection to a displacement mechanism, and deployable between a retracted position and a deployed position. , characterized in that the displacement mechanism comprises: [0005] - at least a first rail, extending between a lower end and an upper end, [0006] - for each first rail, a slider movable along this first rail, and connected to the connecting end of the shelf, [0007] - A blocking element of the shelf in the deployed position, linked to the connecting end of the shelf by a pivot connection, and movable along a second rail, the locking element cooperating, in the deployed position, with a wall formed at the connecting end of the shelf. [0008] An interior member according to the invention may further include one or more of the following characteristics, taken alone or in any technically conceivable combination. [0009] - The inner member has an exposed wall, the shelf having a lower face and an upper face, and being shaped so that in the retracted position, the lower face is flush with the visible wall. [0010] - The first rail has a substantially curved portion. [0011] - The slider is connected to the tablet via a rod. [0012] - In the retracted position, the slider is at the lower end of the first rail and the rod extends substantially parallel to the first rail, and in the deployed position, the slider is at the upper end of the first rail, and the rod is moved apart of the first rail. [0013] - The locking element comprises an extension substantially parallel to the second rail, having a first face turned towards the second rail and a second face opposite the first face, and the shelf has, at its connecting end, a recess formed by first and second flat walls, meeting at the level of the pivot connection, such that: the first wall cooperates with the first face of the locking element in the retracted position, and the second wall cooperates with the second face of the locking element locking in the deployed position. [0014] - The interior member is hollow and has an interior space, and includes a masking sheet, connected to the connecting end of the shelf, intended to be concealed in the retracted position, and visible in the deployed position so as to hide, under the shelf, the interior space. [0015] - The interior organ forms a dashboard, a door panel, a center console, or a rear seat panel. [0016] - The interior member is hollow and has an interior space, each first rail and each second rail being housed in the interior space. [0017] The invention also relates to a motor vehicle, characterized in that it comprises an interior member as defined above. [0018] Various aspects and advantages of the invention will become apparent on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of non-limiting example and made with reference to the appended figures, among which: [0019] - [Fig 1] Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of an interior member according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, comprising a shelf shown in a retracted position; [0020] - [Fig 2] Figure 2 is a view similar to Figure 1 of the inner member of this Figure 1, in which the tablet is shown in a deployed position; [0021] - [Fig 3] Figure 3 is a perspective view of the inner member of Figure 1, and [0022] - [Fig 4] Figure 4 is a perspective view of the inner member of Figure 2. [0023] In the figures, there is partially shown an interior member 10 intended to equip a passenger compartment of a vehicle, for example of a motor vehicle. [0024] The interior member 10 may be an instrument panel, a door panel, a central console, a rear seat element, or any other conceivable interior member. [0025] The interior member 10 has at least one visible wall 11. The interior member 10 is preferably hollow, the visible wall 11 defining an interior space. [0026] The interior member 10 comprises a retractable shelf 12, movable between a retracted position, shown in Figure 1, and a deployed position, shown in Figure 2. The shelf 12 extends substantially horizontally in the deployed position. [0027] The shelf 12 has a lower face 14 and an opposite upper face 16, and extends between a connecting end 18 and a free end 20. The upper face 16 is intended to form, in the deployed position, a receiving surface for objects, such as a digital tablet, laptop, book, food, or the like. [0028] In the retracted position, the shelf 12 delimits the interior space with the visible wall 11. The lower face 14 is preferably flush with the visible wall 11. Thus, the lower face 14 forms part of the visible wall. This lower face 14 preferably has an appearance similar to that of the visible wall 11, so that the general appearance of the internal member 10 is homogeneous when the shelf 12 is in the retracted position, as can be seen in FIG. 3. . [0029] The interior member 10 also includes a device 22 for moving the tablet 12. Advantageously, the moving device 22 is fully housed in the interior space. Thus, this displacement device is not visible to a user, at least when the tablet 12 is in the retracted position and in the deployed position. [0030] The movement mechanism 22 includes at least a first rail 24, extending between a first lower end 24a and a second upper end 24b. Each first rail 24 is preferably housed in the interior space. Thus, this first rail 24 is not visible to a user, at least when the shelf 12 is in the retracted position and in the deployed position. [0031] In the example described, the first rail 24 has a substantially curved portion. For example, the first rail 24 comprises a substantially straight lower portion and a substantially straight upper portion, forming between them a non-zero rounded angle. The advantage of this curvature is to guide the tablet in fluid kinematics. [0032] Preferably, the movement mechanism 22 comprises two first rails 24, arranged on either side of the shelf 12, each near a respective lateral end of the shelf 12. These two first rails 24 are mutually parallel. [0033] The displacement mechanism 22 also comprises, for each first rail 24, a respective slider 26 movable, in rotation and in translation along this first rail 24. This slider 26 is for example connected to the shelf 12 by means of 'a rod 28 (visible in Figure 2). [0034] According to a variant not shown, the slider 26 is directly connected to the shelf 12, without an intermediary, and in particular without an intermediate rod 28. [0035] The rod 28 is preferably linked to the connecting end 18 of the shelf 12 by a fixed connection. [0036] In the retracted position (Figure 1), the slider 26 is at the lower end 24a of the corresponding first rail 24, and the rod 28 extends substantially parallel to the first rail 24. [0037] In the deployed position (Figure 2), the slider 26 is at the upper end 24b of the first corresponding rail 24, and the rod 28 is spaced from the first rail 24. [0038] The displacement mechanism 22 also comprises a locking element 32, connected to the link end 18 of the shelf 12, by a pivot link 30. The locking element 32 is movable in translation along a second rail. 34. The second rail 34 extends between a lower end 34a and an upper end 34b. The locking element 32 is at the low end in the retracted position (Figure 1) and at the high end in the deployed position (Figure 2). The second rail 34 is preferably substantially rectilinear. [0039] Each second rail 34 is preferably housed in the interior space. Thus, this second rail 34 is not visible to a user, at least when the shelf 12 is in the retracted position and in the deployed position. [0040] The locking element 32 has an extension 36 substantially parallel to the second rail 34, having a first face facing the second rail 34 and a second face opposite the first face. [0041] The shelf 12 comprises, at its connecting end 18, a recess 38 formed by first 38a and second 38b planar walls, meeting at the level of the pivot connection 30. [0042] In the frame of reference of Figures 1 and 2, which also corresponds to a frame of reference during normal use, the first wall 38a faces downward in a vertical direction, whether the shelf 12 is in the retracted position or in the deployed position. [0043] It will be recalled that a wall is said to be "oriented downwards" when the normal to this wall has a non-zero downward vertical component. [0044] In the retracted position, the first wall 38a of the recess 38 cooperates with the first face of the locking element 32, so that the shelf 12 cannot pivot upwards (retro-clockwise in FIG. 1) around the pivot link 30. [0045] As a variant, or in a complementary manner, the shelf 12 in the retracted position can be locked in rotation upwards by a locking part formed on the visible wall 11 and cooperating with a form of complementary stop formed at the free end 20 of the tablet 12. [0046] Likewise, the shelf 12 in the deployed position can be locked in rotation downward by a locking part provided on the visible wall 11 and cooperating with a form of complementary stop formed at the connecting end 18 of the shelf 12. [0047] Thus, in a preferred variant, the tablet has identical or similar shapes of stops at the two connecting 18 and free 20 ends. [0048] The second wall 38b is oriented upwards in the deployed position. [0049] It will be recalled that a wall is said to be "oriented upwards" when the normal to this wall has a non-zero upward vertical component. [0050] In this deployed position, the second wall 38b of the recess 38 cooperates with the second face of the locking element 32, so that the shelf 12 cannot pivot downward (clockwise in FIG. 2) around the connection. pivot 30. Advantageously, the second wall 38b is substantially parallel to the second rail 34 when the shelf 12 is in the deployed position. [0051] Advantageously, the inner member 10 comprises a masking sheet 40, connected to the connecting end 18 of the shelf 12, and movable along a guide (not shown). The guide is for example formed by an inner wall of the inner member, against which the masking sheet 40 moves. [0052] In the retracted position, the masking sheet 40 is concealed, for example by being rolled up by the guide. In the deployed position, the masking sheet 40 is visible, in particular unrolled, and masks, under the shelf 12, the interior space. [0053] Preferably, the masking sheet 40 has an appearance similar to that of the visible wall 11, in order to allow good integration. [0054] The operation of the interior organ 10 will now be described in more detail. [0055] In Figure 1, the shelf 12 is shown in the retracted position. Its lower face 14 is visible, and is flush with the visible wall 11. The interior member 10 thus has a homogeneous appearance. [0056] To be moved to the deployed position, the shelf 12 is pulled upwards, so that the slider 26 moves along the first rail 24, and the locking member 32 moves along the second rail 34. [0057] Due to the shape of the first rail 24, the movement of the shelf 12 causes the rod 28 to move away from the first rail 24, which has the effect of causing the shelf 12 to tilt around the pivot connection 30. This tilting is achieved to the deployed position of Figure 2. [0058] In this position, the locking member 32 is at the upper end 34b of the second rail 34. The shelf 12 having tilted around the pivot connection 30, the second wall of the recess 38 cooperates with the second face of the locking element. blocking 32, so that the shelf 12 cannot pivot further downward (clockwise in FIG. 2) around the pivot connection 30. It is therefore possible to use the shelf 12 by placing objects on it. [0059] It should be noted that, in the deployed position, the web 40 covers the opening which is covered by the shelf 12 in the retracted position. [0060] To return to the retracted position, the shelf 12 is tilted upwards (retro-clockwise in FIG. 2) around the pivot connection 30. Each rod 28 then moves downwards, causing the cursor 26 towards the end. lower 24a of the first rail 24. The shelf 12 is thus guided towards its retracted position. This shelf 12 is for example moved to its retracted position under the effect of gravity. [0061] During this movement, the web 40 is wound up by its guide, to regain the position visible in FIG. 1. The web 40 being linked to the tablet 12, it does not require additional means to be moved. [0062] In the example described above, the tablet 12 is moved manually. However, as a variant, automated means for moving the tablet 12 can be provided. [0063] It will be noted that the shelf 12 according to the invention can be integrated under an aerator, so that, in the retracted position, the free end 20 forms part of a lower wall of the aerator and that, in the deployed position, the 'connecting end 18 forms this same part of the lower wall of the aerator. [0064] It is clear that the invention described above provides a compact solution, exhibiting optimal integration, and comprising a simple mechanism. The invention provides fluid kinematics: the tablet 12 is able to deploy and retract in a single movement combining rotation and translation.
